Fulfillment Policy
Once your prescription is approved by a licensed medical provider, the pharmacy typically processes orders within 3 business days. Medications are then shipped via USPS First Class, and most customers receive their orders within 5 business days from the time their prescription is approved.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our prescription medications and federal safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any products after the payment has been processed. Once the charge is made, your order is automatically being processed by the pharmacy, so it can no longer be canceled. All sales are final.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation Policy
SkinPeptides offers a flexible subscription — no long-term commitments required. You will be billed on a 25-day cycle, and we use the term “monthly” to refer to this 25-day cycle. You can cancel at any time.
